3. Writings about William Appleman Williams. 1952-2011.

The broad impact of Williams as a scholar and as a personality is reflected by the large volume of published and unpublished writing collected into Series 3. Of particular importance is the accumulation of materials in box 3.005 related to Paul Buhle and Edward Rice-Maximin's 1995 biography Williams Appleman Williams: The Tragedy of Empire.
