This is a letter sent from Austin & Kohl, Wholesale Grocers to Mr. E. H. Bishoff. It is requesting payment.
The letter states:
"...Please take notice that J. W. Ramsey of Williamstown, Mo., has this day sold, assigned, and transferred to the undersigned account against you on his books, the amount of the same being .15 cents. We have appointed Mr. A. W. Selway our Agent for the collection of the same, and he will receipt to you on payment, which we trust you will endeavor to make as soon as possible..."
