DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS NORTH DAKOTA STATE COLLEGE FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA
June 29, 1947
Prof. Albert Einstein Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists Room 28, 90 Nassau St; Princeton, New Jersey
Dear Professor Einstein:
I am sending you a copy of the April-May, 1947 Bulletin of the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association. On page 17 you will find an appeal to help you in your work of bringing the facts of the Bomb and of ultimate world peace, before the people. This appeal is made by the public-spirited President of the Minnesota Police and Peace fficers Association, Chief Chester Naeseth of Hibbing, Minnesota. I know that you will agree with me that if more men in high public office understood the humanitarian needs of our times, as chief Naeseth understands them, we would be vastly closer to a world of peace.
With every good wish for your continued work of education,
D.Q. Posin
