at least the highlights of the pros and cons, for and against total, or partial World Government and Atomic Control, to arrive at a personal, thought-out solution, and (2), having reached a decision, how to bring that solution to constructive, positive action, in the shape of inciting public opinion to politically demand, specific action along the desired lines? Perhaps I could be of use in forming a club, forum, discussion group in my locality. A few hundred similar North American and British Commonwealth groups might stir up a lot of positive agitation. Again, having some slight influence with the local press, the editor could probably be induced to give space to a series of constructive articles, to stimulate interest, faster collective group activity, and bring political pressure to bear in the proper places.
