Re: Atom Bomb issue of August 1947
Dear Sir:-
Having little time for reading, I just noticed your article in the above issue, about atom bombs, Prof. Albert Einstein, the lethargic attitude of Mr. John Public in general and Dr Urey's plan. Regarding the latter plan, I unreservedly give it my whole-hearted support, and inclose a small donation of $1.oo for the Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists Inc. under chairmanship of Prof. Einstein. The other $1.oo, with memo to your Circulation Dept. is for renewal of my subscription to your magazine.
