Dear Professor Einstein,

  I certainly want to make my contribution to your great educational program on atomic matter.  Not only with my money, but for such information you wish made known around me or in my country.  
  I am sent here by Belgium to study the problem of Blood Fractionation.  
  This would be already of some use fullness for helping populations should we have an atomic attack.  
  But, to prevent this seems to me highly more desirable and I feel it very deeply as an European, still more convinced perhaps than an American about the foolishments of another war.
