has been for years before going the Navy in the late war - and who was chosen one of the reports on the Atomic Bomb Test at Bikini - is the Program Chairman of our organization and I have sent a copy of your letter to him and to the Recording Sec'y - asking them to communicate with you and with me. The Radio Station W. L. W. has fro two years now held an Institute on Foreign Policy - and last year Prof [illegible] was one of the speakers and was certainly most impressive and helpful.
