Gentlemen: -- It happened that I read Mr. Einstein's clear-cut and simple appeal in this mornings paper. I am sorry that I cannot give more. Surely the statesmanship of scientists is the only hope of the world. I wish one our politicians would realize more the fate of the world [up?] there than trying to procure votes based upon misinformation and prejudice.
