Dear Mr. Einstein,
Enclose, please find my check in the amount of $4.00. Actually it is one contribution of $2.00 for myself and one $2.00 contribution from my pharmacist Mr. Arthur Kagle, of 1905 Southern Blvd. -Bronx.N.Y.
I hope to be able to arouse more practical interest among my friend and all intelligent people for the committees cause, and shall mail in the amounts from time to time, if, as in this case they do not wish to take the trouble to send it direct.-
