Dear Professor Einstein,

  As a member of the Board of Directors of the League of Women Voters of Saint Paul, Minnesota, I have been asked to prepare a talk on "the Control of Atomic Energy and Mrs. Jones."  That is: what is the best method for atomic control and what can the average citizen do to help achieve this end?  
  I would be very much interested in your ideas on this subject and any other information that you can recommend to me.
