Dear Sir:

  I have received two letter over your signature relative to the Emergency Comm. of Atomic Scientists, and their Education fund.  
  Your name carries great weight and I am enclosing my check for $10.00.  My income is not large, if it were, I would willingly give more.  
  I recently heard a lecture by Ely Culbertson explaining the "Questa Force" plan to reform the United Nations.  Suppose this plan is bring very widely explained and advertised.  
  I am wondering what your organization or rather perhaps you think of this plan.  
  Should very much appreciate a reply.
