  I have been instructed by the Loudoun County Atomic Energy Program Committee to forward to you a check for $25.00 to be used in your work.  
  This is a balance from a donation made by Dr. J. Russell Smith of Swarthmore, Pa. to defray expenses in connection with the study of Atomic Energy in Loudoun Co., Va, Loudoun County is Dr. Smith's home County.
