Dear Sir, I refer with pleasure to your very interesting letter of November 29th, in connection with the "Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists." I have discussed with many persons in this city of the opportunity of our cooperation with that important institution and I have arrived to the conviction that we could establish a national committee for the Republic of Panama in order to work under the instructions of the Emergency Committee for the same purposes.
