Emergency Committeee of Atomic Scientists 90 Nassau Street Princeton N.J. Dear Sirs:--I have received a copy of "ONLY THEN SHALL WE HAVE COURAGE" and professor Einstein's letter pleading for help in the campaign for education in regard to the atomic bomb and its implications for society. It was addressed to my husband, who is already back at his work in Japan and I am forwarding it to him there. I thank you for it, as I have been wishing for just such an opportunity to help. I am only sorry that the amount must be so small. Please find my personal gift enclosed. ($5.00)

I shall appreciate it greatly if you will forward copies of the literature above mentioned and " Statement by Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists" to the persons whose names I enclose on the Type written list. I think they will all be interested in this campaign and will help if possible.

Very Sincerely Yours. Lucinda B. Axling.
