Description

Born in Nebraska, Doris received a BS in Science (1937) and a Master’s in Education from Oregon State College (1950). In between her student years, Doris worked in France for the American Red Cross from 1944-1945. Employed as a Professor of Business Education at the College of Marin-Kentfield for 30 years, Doris wrote three handbooks used widely in the fields of business and education. She married Robert Whalen in 1958.
